My first experience with platinum, hot tubs is absolutely outstanding, From the start with brilliant customer service , Friendly, help guidance and advice. On the day of appointment to conduct a service and Clean on my hot tub The above continued, the engineer who attended James was very professional, very knowledgeable, and on hand to answer any questions I had.
