Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. James always leaves the hot tub looking like new. Fully explains what’s been carried out and how I need to care for it and leaves the garden in the same condition he finds it. Polite and friendly, always provides a great service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My first experience with platinum, hot tubs is absolutely outstanding, From the start with brilliant customer service , Friendly, help guidance and advice. On the day of appointment to conduct a service and Clean on my hot tub The above continued, the engineer who attended James was very professional, very knowledgeable, and on hand to answer any questions I had. Highly recommended, I can honestly say that platinum hot tubs have just gained a loyal long-term customer.
